All-on-4 Dental Implants
Traditional implant-supported dentures offer incredible benefits for many who are missing an entire arch of teeth.
Now, patients with jawbone atrophy or those who wish to minimize the number of implants placed can choose a less invasive option.
The dentists of Beck Pearce Dental, serving Mason and Cincinnati, OH, can restore an entire arch of teeth with All-on-4® dental implants...
Benefits of All-On-4 Dental Implants
All-on-4® implants placed at our Cincinnati and Mason dental offices provide a wealth of benefits over alternative restorative options:
A Faster Solution
Unlike traditional implants, these special implants can usually support a denture immediately following placement. The less invasive All-on-4 technique also lowers the risk of post-surgical complications for our Cincinnati and Mason patients. However, it is important to note that in some cases, traditional implants may be a more appropriate solution. You can count on our practice to recommend the best solution for your needs.
Compared to traditional dentures, All-on-4 dental implant-supported dentures offer superior stability. They replace a full arch and function like natural teeth because, unlike a traditional denture, the false teeth attach directly to the patient's jaw. Many men and women report that unlike their removable denture, the combination of All-on-4 devices and dentures functions like natural teeth. If tooth loss has left you unable to eat your favorite foods with ease, All-on-4 implants supporting a denture can restore your natural chewing function.
Long-Term Tooth Replacement
With good oral hygiene habits and regular visits to our Cincinnati-area dental practice, the All-on-4 implants can last a lifetime. Dental implants fuse with your jaws through a natural process called osseointegration. While your denture may eventually need to be replaced, the All-on-4 devices can continue to provide exceptional support.

Those who are tired of their old dentures but are ineligible for traditional implant-retained dentures due to jaw atrophy may be candidates for All-on-4 dental implants. The advanced restorative solution allows our dentists to strategically place the implants in a way that provides stability in spite of receded bone tissue. This advanced form of restorative dentistry allows patients to get rid of their unstable dentures and start experiencing virtually the same level of function that their natural teeth provided.
Patients who work with the dental team of Beck Pearce Dental gain the further benefit of our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Our practice uses cone beam imaging to plan your treatment and provide the best possible results.
Patients Who've Chosen All-on-4 Are Happy with Their Results
Am I a Candidate for Full Arch Restoration?
Most individuals who are missing an entire arch of teeth are candidates for All-on-4 dental implants and a custom implant-retained denture. During your consultation, our dentist will determine your candidacy based on your medical history, current oral health, jawbone density, and other health-related factors. Advanced three-dimensional x-rays allow our dentists to map out the best implant placement positions. By using guided surgery technology, we are able to make the procedure more predictable.
Individuals who have untreated gum disease, a history of tobacco use, poorly controlled diabetes, or very low jawbone density may not be candidates for this treatment. Our dentists can perform bone grafting for individuals who have experienced a high degree of jawbone atrophy. If you are tired of your underperforming denture, we can determine if this or another solution is right for you.

What to Expect on Surgery Day
Recovery and Final Restoration Placement
Over the next three to six months, the four implants will fuse with your jaw through a process called osseointegration. Patients will still need to avoid strenuous activities until one of our doctors determines you can resume heavy exercise and other more demanding functions. Any post-surgical pain should be treatable with over-the-counter medications. You will be asked to return to our Cincinnati or Mason offices for checkups so our doctors can monitor your recovery.
Once your implants have completely integrated with the jaw, we can provide your permanent denture. You can care for your implant-supported dentures just as you would your natural teeth. Brush twice each day, floss at least once daily, and visit our office every six months for a checkup.
